Do you have the below?
- Office or administration qualification or minimum 2 years’ experience in an office, administration or planning role
- Experience of working in a parts, project or workshop administration or planning role
- Microsoft product experience (Office 365 suite products)
- Experience of working with software packages such as ERP, CMS and planning systems

Do you?
- Have effective communication and strong interpersonal skills
- Have excellent organizational skills
- Possess the ability to work in a team environment but also a good ability to work independently and to project schedules or deadlines
- Have meticulous attention to detail and good accuracy when completing tasks
- Have flexibility and ability to thrive in a fast paced and rewarding environment
- A good understanding of Microsoft products, with Excel being an essential requirement

The _Project Controller_ role
- Creation of project folders and administration from project start to project closure, throughout the various stages of project planning, implementation and completion
- Assisting with project quotation administration
- Project material purchasing and inventory control and allocation
- Assisting with project planning, scheduling and resourcing
- Close interaction with internal resource and management
- Periodic project status reporting as required
- Purchasing with consideration to budget / cost control and purchasing administration and invoice approval
- Project invoicing and schedule of invoicing control
- Excellent client care and projecting and representing the company image
- Liaison and relationship building with external and internal suppliers
