This long-established independent hospital is looking for a **Clinical Healthcare Assistant**to work alongside the nursing team to provide the best possible care and support to people who live with complex neurological needs.

**Previous hospital / healthcare experience is not required for this role** - you will receive personalised training and one-to-one support to advance your skills and knowledge.

For over 150 years, this hospital has provided long-term care and rehabilitation and significant research advancements to people with complex or profound brain injuries and neurological conditions, and it is now a leading centre of excellence in neuro-disabilitycare.

As a **Clinical Healthcare Assistant** at this hospital, you will be able to work closely with each patient (and their families and friends), developing supportive and fulfilling relationships and helping to maximise their independenceas they move through their rehabilitation journey in one of our specialised areas:

- Brain injury services
- Neuro-behavioural services
- Specialist residential services
- Ventilator services
- Young adults’ services

This is **permanent** Clinical Healthcare Assistant role, with **full-time or part-time hours available**. Bank hours are also an option.

**Person specification**:
You **must** be double-vaccinated as a minimum, and ideally have also had the booster, for this role.

NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Health and Social Care is preferable but not essential for this role.
