**About the role**

We are seeking a dedicated and proactive Logistics Associate to join our dynamic team in our brand new UK Office. This role is responsible for handling logistics activities, operations and administrative tasks and reports into the operations manager. The role specifically focuses on delivering an exceptional patient centered service. You will work both independently and within a team, to diligently plan, organize and carry out logistics activities that will assist the company to meet targets, improve the flow of inbound and outbound operations.

**This is a fixed term contract for 4 months with the possibility of becoming permanent depending on performance and organizational requirements.**

**Key responsibilities**
- Coordinate and expedite requests, time-specific pickups and deliveries and other special requests
- Packing and shipping patient devices
- Keep customers informed by forwarding notices, shipment date, method, and current status
- Undertake basic data collection, analysis and distribution activities
- To provide a general enquiry and information service to all patients, public and other clinical colleagues.
- Maintain the quality processes and procedures across the logistics department ensuring that CQC guidelines are being me.
- Feedback to line Manager any problems that patients are experiencing and work with other departments to resolve issues where possible

**About you**
- Alignment (professional and personal) with CardioScan’s core values and expected behaviours.
- Education level - GCSEs (including English and Mathematics) or equivalent qualifications. A-levels or equivalent further education qualifications are desirable.
- Previous experience in an administrative or logistics role is preferred, particularly within a healthcare or med tech environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
- Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiarity with medical terminology and cardiac diagnostics is a plus.
