We are looking for an **Ecommerce Executive (E-Retail) **to join our Ecommerce team

**Location of the role**:London (SE1) & Flexi Home Working

**Reports to**: Junior E-Retail Manger

**Overview**:
We are looking for a dynamic individual, with an enthusiastic & proactive approach who is ready to hit the ground running and not afraid to get stuck in.

**Responsibilities & Duties**:
**Administration**
- Manage on site visual merchandising: Consistently checking all retailer sites daily, and ensuring products are added to retailer sites on time, product information is up to date, and product listing categories are organised according to business needs.
- Owns and manage all aspect of retailer Purchase orders.
- Management of all new line forms across all retail partners
- Owns and manages, all product request/ gratis/ samples going out to retailers
- Work closely with the wider team to ensure all briefs are completed on time to be able to efficiently set up and execute planned
- Can support on any ad hoc admin support derived from the Senior/ Junior E-retail managers and actioning in line with set deadlines
- weekly, monthly, and yearly sales reporting.

**Account Management**
- Day-to-day administration support across all retail partners.
- Assist with calendar & campaign planning
- Responsible for making sure all key trading & marketing actions and activity is briefed and followed up with wider team.
- Assist with driving product revenue using analytics to effectively trade, merchandise, and execute effective marketing strategies.
- Offer support on the development and implementation of a targeted sales strategy.
- Offer general support and assistance to the Junior and Senior E-Retail Manager on:

- Sales reporting
- Calendar planning
- Creative briefs
- Coordinating with other departments such as Marketing, Sales, Operations, Education and Customer Service Team

**What we are looking for**:

- Proactive, go-getter personality.
- Experience working in a similar position and to have some B2B Sales experience
- Highly analytical, can understand how to read data and effectively turn into actions
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Ability to effectively organise and prioritise, according to business needs.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Retail, luxury, or Beauty experience is preferable but not essential.
- Strong experience using Microsoft Office is essential, especially Excel.
- Strong written and verbal skills.
