We are currently looking to recruit **Warehouse Operatives** to join our team in **Bedworth** on a full time, permanent basis. You will be working on **Any 5 from 7** either **Days 07:00-15:00**, **Afternoon 15:00-23:00** or **Nights 23:00-07:00** shift pattern. If you prefer to work on **3 on 3 off Nights**, we also have a **18:00-06:00** shift available. So you can choose what suits you best

**Pay, benefits and more**:
07:00-15:00 **£11.50 per hour**

19:00-07:00 **£13.62 per hour**

Freezer bonus **£1 per hour**

Overtime rate **x1.5**

There are also regular overtime shifts available for those who would like to earn additional pay on top of their basic rates as above.

**What you will do on a typical day**:

- Work in a freezer environment of minus 25 degrees (don’t worry - we’ll give you everything you need to wrap up warm)
- Fast pace environment and will involve heavy lifting up to 25kg
- Picking goods using a voice recognition system - full training will be provided
- Work to health & safety standards

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Previous experience in warehouse operations beneficial but not essential
- Excellent communication skills
- Ability to work on own initiative and as part of a team
- Can do attitude and willingness to learn
