Here at GXO we are looking for a **Warehouse Manager - Nights** to join our Coldstore site in Bedworth on a 6 - 12-month FTC. You will be responsible for identifying and implementing changes to improve not only efficiency but staff engagementand morale.

You will be working any 5 days from 7 with the hours of 23:00 - 07:00.

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer you a salary between **£50,000 - £52,000 per annum**. In addition, you’ll get 33 days’ annual leave, as well as the option to buy additional days. **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Provide leadership and guidance for the shift managers and team leaders to enable them to meet objectives, encouraging open communication to address any potential issues effectively and in a timely manner.
- Ensure customer service level agreements are achieved, escalating any issues impacting on these to line management.
- Plan and achieve daily, weekly and monthly operational and KPI targets
- Deploy the right amount of resources in-line with operational needs in line with budget

**What you need to succeed at GXO**
- Experience in managing employee relations and customer/trading relations
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and coach teams and colleagues to ensure excellent performance.
- Experience in using WMS systems such as Ultima
- Nurture and develop other around you and proactively share their point of views
