Director - Talent & Performance Management

I am seeking a strong senior talent management and performance management specialist to join large complex matric organisation to lead on all Talent and Performance initiatives. The role will focus in on helping to define and embed critical talent managementframework around toolkits utilised for assessment, talent identification and succession planning across the whole talent lifecycle.

Key Responsibilities
- Work with critical HR stakeholders and senior business leaders to establish talent management framework, succession and leadership needs and embed appropriate solutions.
- Provide deep level talent management expertise to provide evidence based innovative and leading-edge assessment and talent management interventions are applied to ensure a world class Talent & Performance Management function.
- Build effective succession plans to ensure the business can meet future objectives.
- Enhance and revise the existing performance lifecycle and drive a change in these processes at senior level.
- Inspire new, creative thinking that through thought leadership.
- Thread through the diversity and inclusion values that form the fabric of the organisation through the assessment and development solutions.
- Engage with senior leaders across the organisation to successfully embed initiatives and ensure buy-in with the Talent Management processes.

Skills & Experience:

- Educated up to Masters level preferably within Organisational Psychology or equivalent degree.
- You will have deep technical knowledge of all aspects of Talent and Performance management in this space within both consulting and in-house roles
- The ability to drive talent and performance interventions within a lean environment at a tactical and strategic level.
- Possess an extensive toolkit of talent management interventions and psychometrics.
- High level engagement and influencing ability to drive critical initiatives.
- Capable of working in complex environment and balancing multiple programmes at once.
- Possesses operational and strategic dexterity to manage and deliver projects in a timely manner to appropriate audiences.
