**Principal Property & Contracts Lawyer**needed in Cannock £45,750.00 pa** PAYE - 5209019**

This role will involve:

- The Principal Property Lawyer is responsible for supporting the Property and Contracts lawyers in providing advice and support for acquisitions and disposals, leases, contracts and procurement, complex advice and including specific project work. This rolesupports the Principal Property Lawyer (Lead) as business partner for the
- Assets and Property Team by proactively engaging and collaborating with them about their business needs.
- The Principal Property Lawyer may be required to support the two deputy Monitoring Officers and the Head of Legal Services and Monitoring Officer to respond to code of conduct complaints and other governance-related issues.

**This is a Full time role on a permanent contract basis **
