**Overall Job Scope**
- Help achieve or exceed the sales and profit targets set in the Company Strategy and Budget
- Ensure that all tasks in the Warehouse are delivered in accordance with Company Policies, Procedures and Quality Levels.
- Ensure that every customer order is processed effectively and efficiently to achieve 100% of the Company’s Customer Service Target
- To assist the WAREHOUSE Manager to manage goods received processes on a day to day basis ensuring all products are correctly recorded and stored.
- To assist the WAREHOUSE Manager to ensure all relevant Import/Export documentation is completed so that shipments comply with legislation and customer demands and are processed as smoothly as possible by Couriers/Border Agencies.
- To actively support Quality Assurance to identify weaknesses and ensure corrective action is implemented.
- To assist the WAREHOUSE Manager to work closely with the Business Development, Administration and Sales Teams to provide a seamless service to our customers
- Take every opportunity to promote the image and interests of BioIVT with customers, suppliers and other contacts
- Actively promote teamwork with all departments and branches of BioIVT
- Pro-actively manage the health and safety of yourself and others

***Activities, Duties and Responsibilities**

**Warehouse**
- To follow the instructions and operating procedures of the Warehouse
- Ensure that all labelling and product information sent to customers are accurate, up to date and communicated thoroughly.
- Accurately record BioIVT batch numbers and maintain files for all stock
- Assist the WAREHOUSE Manager to ensure stock is accurately recorded, regularly checked and pro-actively managed to keep it at the most efficient level and ensuring that stock nearing the end of its shelf life is flagged up to the Warehouse Team Leader for action.
- Actively assist the Quality Assurance Team to report, record, investigate and take corrective action to ensure that the Company’s policies and procedures are implemented and evolved with changing needs
- Assist the WAREHOUSE Manager to ensure all SOP’s and DOC’s which cover the Warehouse Process are kept current and updated as they evolve, and this is communicated to all relevant staff with training record kept
- Ensure that day to day courier driver relationships are monitored and nurtured
- Maintain & analyse all documentation effectively and efficiently.
- Assist the Warehouse Team Leader to maintain the Business Development Team’s Marketing Materials and Trade Stands and arrange for delivery to and collection from customers and venues as required through the booking system
- To assist the WAREHOUSE Manager manage and monitor all emergency procedures and alarms for the Facility (i.e. Security, Fire and Temperature Controlled Storage)
- Assist the WAREHOUSE Manager to manage and specifically analyse Health and Safety risks within the Warehouse and ensure that all legal responsibilities, company policies and procedures are implemented
- Assist the WAREHOUSE Manager to manage the Facilities Management Function on site
- To help the Warehouse Team Leader with keeping an up-to-date inventory of consumables
- Work towards hitting monthly KPI targets as part of the team
- Assist the Warehouse Team Leader with maintenance of product locations including LN2 Freezers

**General**
- To actively promote teamwork with all departments.
- Logging & regular updating of individual NCRs & cases
- Ensure that customer and product information is entered accurately into the company’s IT databases and CRM’s.
- To actively protect company information, customer confidentiality and the security of staff and the business premises.
- Ad-hoc tasks as required.
- To assist the Management Team with all reasonable requests.
