Oakpark Security, a leading provider of professional security services, is seeking a Dedicated Site Support Officer for a prestigious client in the heart of Chelmsford. This role involves working 36 hours per week, with varying shift times including both day and night shifts. All shifts are 12 hours long. Flexibility to work both days and nights is essential.

**Key Responsibilities**:
As a Dedicated Site Support Officer, you will be assigned to a single site and will rotate between two primary roles:
**1. CCTV Control Room**:

- Monitor various sites for our client from a 24-hour CCTV control room.
- Report faults on the system to the client promptly.
- Work 12-hour shifts from 6 AM to 6 PM or 6 PM to 6 AM.
- Respond to suspicious behaviour according to client processes and procedures.

**2. Gatehouse Team**:

- Monitor site CCTV, book in visitors and contractors, receive deliveries, and respond to potential security risks.
- Monitor the complex alarm system and follow procedures to evacuate the site if necessary.
- Complete foot patrols during evenings and weekends, which take approximately 1-2 hours each.

**Requirements**:

- Flexibility to work 12-hour shifts, both days and nights.
- Ability to complete physical tasks, including foot patrols.
- Effective communication skills to interact with colleagues, clients, and the public.
- Strong attention to detail and adherence to security protocols.
- Ability to complete full SC (Security Clearance) for the site.
- All applicants must hold a valid SIA licence.
