We offer our customers a full stress-free service from design to supply and install of products for their home including Kitchens, Bathrooms, Windows & Doors, Conservatories.

We are seeking friendly, helpful, motivated people to join us in the growth of our home improvements company.

**Summary of the Role**

To plan, design and help the customer create the Home improvement they want, with the aid of computer-aided designs (Arti-cad), the full range of KO Bathrooms products, whether its

Kitchens, Bathrooms, Windows, Doors.

**Key responsibilities**:

- Visit customers in their homes, establish their needs and wants, measure up the project and give them a guide price of their dream kitchen, Bathroom, or other KO product.
- Help them through the design process and demonstrate why customers choose KO Home Improvements
- Actively listen and capture customer requirements to ensure the design meets or exceeds expectations
- Generate unique designs from customer requirements using our 3D ArtiCAD software
- Explain key documents to customers so they are clear on what they are receiving as part of their purchase
- Explain the payment terms
- Adherence to compliance processes as directed by the Manager of your department

**The Person**
- Excellent customer service skills
- Able to communicate effectively at all levels
- Ability to achieve and exceed sales targets
- You will have strong creativity skills
- You must hold a driving license
- Planning and organizing skills
- A desire for continuous personal and professional development

** Some experience in a Kitchen / Bathroom or Home Improvements Designer/Sales/Fitting role is preferred but not essential**

Schedule:

- 8 hour shift
- Monday to Friday
- Overtime
- Weekend availability
