**Uncapped Commission**: OTE £39k+

**What We’re Looking For**
- **Age Requirement**: You must be **over 21 years old** to apply.
- **Driver’s License & Vehicle**: A **full driving license** with **continuous access to your own car** is essential, along with valid insurance and MOT.
- **Sales & Customer Service Experience**: A strong background in **sales and customer service** is key to success in this role.
- **Target-Driven Mindset**: Previous experience working in a **target-based environment** and a drive to exceed goals.
- **Personable & Engaging**: A natural people-person with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences.
- **Self-Motivated & Independent**: You thrive working autonomously, staying driven and proactive without constant supervision.
- **Relationship Builder**: Ability to quickly establish and maintain strong relationships with retailers.
- **Detail-Oriented & Reliable**:Punctuality and accuracy** in timekeeping and data reporting are **critical** for this role.

- **Long-Term Commitment & Flexibility**: This is a **long-term opportunity**with flexible scheduling, ideally **5 days per week, 6 hours per day** (shifts vary by store).

**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent

Pay: Up to £21,665.00 per year

Additional pay:

- Bonus scheme
