Netwirking Recruitment are currently working with a client based in the financial services industry who have a fantastic Front of House Administrator role available.

This is full time / permanent position, Monday to Friday with excellent opportunities to progress and develop your career further.

The main Reception is the focal point of the whole office and it is vital that any client, guest or visitor is given a good impression at all times.

**Main Responsibilities include**:

- Greeting clients & visitors
- Setting up refreshments for external meetings & training courses
- Refreshment top ups & individual coffee orders
- Reception diary & inbox management
- Booking meetings & coordinating with internal staff
- Ordering lunches for external meetings & training courses
- Lunch service for all external guests between 12:00 pm - 2:00 pm.
- Keeping the reception presentable to a high standard inclusive of:
(Reception Desk, Client Lounge, VIP Toilets, All Meeting rooms, Client Kitchen)
- Answering and forwarding phone calls
- Sorting and distributing post
- Ordering stationery and office supplies and maintaining stock levels.
