Our client is a major multinational financial services organisation that specialise in Wealth management, Commercial Banking and Global Markets. An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high calibre Campus Recruiter / Early Careers to work within their resourcingfunction.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a Campus Recruiter from a corporate background ideally with a background in financial services

**Campus Recruiter - Key Responsibilities**:

- Build strong working relationships with stakeholders
- As well as coordinating Graduate Recruitment you will also support in the design and co-ordination of the global marketing strategy for the organisation on campus
- You will take accountability and ownership of key relationships with universities
- You 'll be responsible for Global Banking Recruitment for the UK with an understanding of Global Banking Recruitment globally
- You’ll facilitate the selection decision-making process
- You’ll work onsite in London, partnering with Senior Stakeholders, Attraction Teams and Other organisations such as Universities on Emerging Talent Campaigns, Graduate Recruitment, Apprenticeship and Internship Schemes)
- Understand future resourcing needs and pipeline accordingly
- Identify areas of process improvement, service enhancement and opportunities to increase the scope of the service and communicate these to the Manager
- Play a key role in recruiting projects across the team

**Campus Recruiter - Skills / Experience**:

- A strong background in Early careers
- Understanding of the Graduate market and knowledge of working with third parties in this environment
- Strong understanding and experience of working within Financial Services or Professional Services is very desirable.
- Have a track record in delivering solutions and results against targets in volume or early career campaign
- You will have in-house experience in a resourcing capacity within a large complex organisation or have worked in a corporate agency environment Financial Services / Professional Services
- Excellent at building relationships you will embrace the stakeholder consultation and engagement this role offers..
- This is an operational resourcing role, managing stakeholder relationships, devising resourcing strategy and managing the full recruitment cycle.
- You will have worked closely with and influenced senior level stakeholders within your business.
