Highfield are working closely with a specialist contractor in the Water Industry who a looking for a Framework Delivery Manager to join them in Bridgend.

**About the company**:
Our client is a growing national construction company supplying specialist services to the water industry, the Environment Agency, and a broad range of private clients, holding 20 Framework agreements nationally. At our client, everything they do is contributingto a more sustainable world with planet, people, and prosperity working in harmony to achieve it.

**The role**:
Reporting to the Regional Director, the post-holder will be responsible for ensuring the team delivers client projects in a highly collaborative, proactive manner to the agreed programme and on budget. You will drive client satisfaction for our Welsh Watercontracts, working in line with the core values and role modelling sustainability culture.
- Own strategic framework development through an analytical lens
- Innovate, with a mindset for continual improvement
- Oversee bid management processes
- Submit monthly reports to the Regional Director
- Ensure scope and compliance
- Ensure outstanding client management
- Collaborate across teams and regions
- Ensure appropriate resource levels are maintained

The client are looking for that blend of practical working knowledge with academic understanding that can deliver with impact. You should have experience of client, contract, and team management to inspire best practice and satisfaction in a rapidly changingenvironment.
