Manage the day-to-day running of all insurance claims are fulfilled with focus on delivering high level of customer service for all stakeholders and ensuring organisational and financial/costing tasks are delivered to a high standard, within deadlines.

We are seeking a dynamic individual to join our Building Solutions Team. In this role, you will be responsible for proactively managing the progress of all allocated files to ensure efficient, profitable and good service is achieved for all stakeholders.Not only that, but you will also be ensuring high levels of customer service are applied through all works to prevent dissatisfaction from any stakeholders.

But that's not all You will also be reviewing and reconciling costs from incoming quotations and invoices from our supply chain, preparing client invoices, and processing Variation Orders with the client and supply chain where required. And let's not forgetabout prioritizing allocated emergency works, including urgent allocation to supplier, contacting the client for authority and communication with all stakeholders.

In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be maintaining working relationships with clients, suppliers and colleagues, answering calls across the company's phonelines within 3 rings, and responding to urgent correspondence, calls and requestswith immediacy.
