We are small but growing manufacturing operation specialising in the production of high quality personal care products currently looking for an extra team memeber to join us in our bulk production department.

**Job Summary**

**Duties**
- Operate and monitor production machinery, ensuring optimal performance and safety.
- Adhere to HACCP (Hazard Analysis Critical Control Point) guidelines to maintain safety and quality.
- Conduct regular inspections of equipment and production areas to identify potential issues or hazards.
- Assist in the preparation and processing of bulk production while following established recipes and procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of production activities, including quantities produced and any discrepancies.
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and efficient operations.
- Perform basic mathematical calculations related to inventory management and production metrics.
- Participate in training sessions on safety practices and equipment operation.

**Experience**
- Previous experience in production or a similar environment is preferred but not essential.
- Basic mechanical knowledge to troubleshoot minor equipment issues is desirable.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise instructions.
- Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively within a team.
- A willingness to learn new skills and adapt to changing processes within the production environment.

Pay: From £11.44 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
