St Joseph’s RC Primary School is seeking to appoint a skilled and dedicated **Teaching Assistant (Level 3)** to join our team on a **permanent / specific-purpose basis**. This full-time post (term time only + 1 day) offers the chance to make a real difference in the lives of our pupils.

We are looking for an individual who:

- Has experience supporting primary-aged children, particularly those with social, emotional, and mental health needs
- Is calm, patient, and passionate about children’s wellbeing and progress
- Has strong communication skills and the ability to form positive relationships
- Works effectively within a team and brings flexibility, resilience, and a proactive attitude to their role
- Maintains high expectations for pupils and upholds professionalism and integrity at all times

Experience working with children who present with significant emotional and mental health needs is desirable and would be a valuable asset in this role.
