Overview of Responsibilities/duties:

- Manage full circle accounts payable processes for Europe/US entities working closely with the Accounts Payable Team
- Develop and maintain productive business relationships with internal and external vendors through timely and accurate payments and communications
- Develop, implement, maintain, and ensure adherence to policies, procedures, and controls to ensure efficiency, productivity, and compliance with internal and regulatory policies
- Assist with employee expense reimbursement process
- Monthly bank reconciliations
- Ad-hoc requests and reporting for the business

Qualifications/Skills/Experience:

- Four or more years of experience in an Accounts/Finance department
- Organized, proactive with excellent attention to detail
- Good communication, customer service, and relationship management skills
- Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office including Excel
- Ability to self-manage and work as part of a team
- Ideally, experience in Microsoft D365, although not essential
