Job description
1x 37hrs Permanent Position and Reserve List for 6 months
We are currently using a blend of home and office working from Belfast Office, Cromac Place which remains under review.
**Essential Criteria**
A third level qualification or Educated to A’Level standard (or equivalent) with a professional Housing qualification
**And**
1 year’s relevant experience (as set out in the job description) with a social landlord or local authority
**Or**
Educated to A’level standard or equivalent
**And**
2 years relevant experience in a Housing Officer role with a social landlord or local authority
**Or**
3 years’ experience working as a Housing Officer
All successful applicants will also be required to provide documentary evidence of their right to work in the UK. Please note we do not hold a license to sponsor Working Visa's.
