Broster Buchanan has partnered with a well-respected organisation that are currently going through a large IT transformation programme. As part of this transformation, my client is looking for a Business Analysts (BA) to join a new BA function.
You will play a lead role in the interpretation of business rules and requirements for technical systems, supporting multiple teams in delivering appropriate solutions and improving the quality of service they provide.
You will need to have experience with:

- Systems analysis
- Investigate problems and analyse options for new and existing processes, systems, products, and services
- Drive the analysis and collection of information to provide recommendations and/or solutions for processes, systems, products, and services
- Documents processes, workflows, and systems and how they integrate with the organisation's technology
- Ensures that recommendations and/or solutions fit with the strategic business goals and objectives
- Business process/requirements definition
- Able to analyse current processes, systems, products, and services, and identify and implement opportunities to optimise these
- Works with people and teams across the business to gather insight, and supports Product Owners in the evaluation and establishment of requirements
- Ensures that defined requirements are of good quality, are analysed and managed appropriately, and that requirements will properly integrate with existing processes
- Business modelling
- Able to use a wide range of techniques to model and document the current and future state of a process, system, product, or service
- Works across a range of teams to formulate and communicate solution options
Location: Derbyshire (with some flex working)
