KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Recruitment & On-boarding Support
- New starter administration: arranging pre-employment screening, producing contracts of employment, sending offers out, collation of returned documentation, data input within agreed SLA's
- Preparation of all employee documentation relating to terms and condition changes, including, contract amendments, offer letters.
- Processing data for temporary employees: drafting agreements, pre-employment screening, data input.
- Creating job adverts internally / externally.
- Supporting recruitment assessment
- Recruitment administration preparing interview briefs & questions
- Producing MI weekly and monthly reporting specifically around recruitment data
Data Accuracy and Management Information
- Producing management information for the HR team and wider business, including, interpretation of requirements, accurate data collation and analysis, for example, average time to hire, open vacancies, new starter tracker status etc.
Employee Records
- Maintaining up to date personnel files, both paper based and electronic
- Complying with General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) - ensuring retention limits are adhered to.
- Archiving of employee files

- Experience of working in a customer facing role, this could be contact centre, retail or hospitality
- A team player, someone who will support colleagues and promote a positive work environment & team spirit
