A couple of fantastic opportunities have arisen to join our Asda Mobile team here at Asda House Asda Mobile are responsible for our very own mobile network which is a core pillar of the wider Asda growth strategy. You know our name, but you may not knowwe have been recognised and awarded for brilliant products over the years, by industry bodies and happy customers alike. Reporting into the Commercial Proposition Manager, this role will be responsible for setting the proposition, driving performance and achievingour trading targets across the ASDA mobile's retail channels.
**Your role**
As a Proposition Lead, you will work collaboratively with key suppliers and with internal stakeholders alike in order to deliver sales, pricing and growth ahead of the market while helping to manage the category P&L. You will become our expert in the Mobilemarket, developing a deep understanding of our customer, market trends and our competitors.
You will negotiate and deliver business plans by creating, owning and executing multiple initiatives to hit our business targets. You'll influence internal and external stakeholders to ensure that we deliver the best product for our customers.
Great numerical reasoning, attention to detail and accuracy is critical. However, the ability to step out of the detail and consider a holistic view is just as important.
**About you**
- Previous experience in a similar role
- Strong awareness of customer requirements, market trends and competitor ranges
- Ability to identify strategic opportunities and innovative product ideas
- Strong negotiation skills and the ability to influence a diverse supplier base.
