Then our propositions Manager role is the perfect fit for you The Propositions team play a key role in elevating and differentiating our customer propositions and maintaining our position as #1 in the gaming market via Sky Vegas and in portal promotions such as the Prize Machine **WHAT YOU'LL DO**: - Be responsible for crafting compelling and innovative value propositions for our customers and associated business casesyour outputs will be integral to the achievement of the business and marketing strategy - Take the lead on market opportunities which drive volume for the business and work together with the wider Marketing team to build a compelling propositions roadmap - Lead a structured proposition development process to define, discover and thoroughly validate ideas and their value. Working with teams and resources to provide insight, customer research and data analytics to ensure a powerful outcome - Work closely with the Product team to help build new features which form strong, differentiated propositions, grounded in customer insight and compelling enough to gain competitive advantage in the marketplace **HOW YOU'LL DO IT** Whilst some proposition's experience would be ideal, we would love to hear from curious individuals with 5+yrs experience working either in a creative, commercial or strategic marketing role or within a commercial (rather than technical) product team.
