Senior Strategic Finance Business Partner

Grafton Banks Finance is partnering with a well-loved brand in Brighton in the recruitment of a **Senior Strategic Finance Business Partner** to lead the Finance Business Partnering team in the provision of finanical support to the Business Heads.
You'll lead an experienced team of finance professionals in the support and development of strategic and operational financial plans.
A key aspect of the role is to lead on the provision of insight to senior management on financial performance, financial forecasts, and Five Year Financial Plans. This will also include the development of systems and processes to achieve this aim. In addition,the role seeks to ensure that senior managers receive the support required to make effective financial decisions.
- Qualified Accountant with 5+ years PQE in a Finance Business Partnering role
- Minimum of 2-3 years financial planning experience
- Strong finance foundations gained from any sector
- Team leadership expertise with coaching and line management
- Resilience and gravitas to drive change
