**Salary: £21287 - £25043**

**About The Role**

Working within the Commercial team for Cadent - you will provide administration support for the team.Each day is different of course, with differing projects and information needed - it's an interesting role, offered on a hybrid basis

**Key Accountabilities**

To provide essential support for the relevant Team activity. In particular to efficiently co-ordinate and administer key activities and resources such as people, facilities and data
- Input of data into spreadsheets, databases and other business systems
- Produce Management Information to a high standard
- Co-ordinate compliance measures
- Raising purchase orders, approving invoices
- Co-ordinate ad-hoc payments. Example parking suspensions / road closures
- Administrative support for the Sickness Absence Management Process

**About You**
- Well organised, able to manage pressure and multitask; delivering high quality work in a timely manner
- Manage and prioritise competing priorities to schedule, organise and manage administration related to business activities
- Ability to liaise with multiple stakeholders and manage expectations (across the business with managers and employees at different levels)
- Ability to present and communicate information in a clear, confident and professional manner without error
- A competent operator of standard Microsoft Office and SharePoint products
- Great team working, communication and organisation skills

- High levels of customer service

- Proven experience of managing internal colleagues and third parties to achieve the desired outcome
