**Role Requirements**:

- We are looking for someone who will be a super organised and friendly.
- You will have experience as a Duty Manager and experience of working within Events.
- Ideally you will have experience in a similar role within the hospitality industry and have a real passion for great customer service.
- You will be a natural host, welcoming guests to our beautiful space.
- Strong attention to detail is essential.

**The Role**:
You will be the point of contact for all events from the initial enquiry and throughout the customer journey ensuring a great customer experience. You will ideally oversee the events on the day, leading and working within a team depending upon the timings of the event. You will run to timelines and follow a detailed events plan to ensure each day goes to plan, so accurate timekeeping and the ability to follow plans is essential.
