We have an exciting new opportunity for a **Housing Officer (Field)** to work here at Thrive Homes This frontline role will be customer focused, providing a comprehensive service to our customers. The role is focused on the 'relationship' betweenthe customer, Thrive, partners and stakeholders.
**The role will be on a temporary basis - so you will need to be available to start at short notice.**

Thrive exists to provide good quality affordable homes and services enabling the development of communities where people enjoy living. We manage over 5,000properties and are continuing to build new homes each year.
**The Opportunity**
- Manage the ‘relationship' between Thrive and our customers focussing on managing expectations, behaviours and adherence to contractual / tenancy obligations.
- Provide support and advice, through home visits and field activity, including estates management, for our customers - tenants, leaseholders and shared owners, partners and stakeholders.
- Investigation, escalation and resolution of customer issues, complaints, ASB, contractual requirements - tenant and leaseholder
- Identify and escalate support requirements to the appropriate support channel i.e. intervention and or sustainment / case management.
- Support the Relationship team through the tenant life cycle from post void, allocation, lettings, housing management and sustainment and intervention.
**Requirements**:
- Housing management qualification or through experience.
- Full Driving Licence and use of a vehicle
- Good knowledge of Housing Management and principles applied - provision of customer service support.
- Understanding of the tenancy management and leaseholder cycle.
- Proven experience in managing tenancy issues (ASB, Breach, Sustainment and Interventions, complaints etc.) and investigation and resolution.
- Experience of the housing sector and customer management - with a mix of knowledge across the housing management life cycle from post void to ending of tenancy.
- Good understanding of the housing, legal and regulation framework
