**Role**: Head of Operations

**Hours**: 37.5 hours

**Location**: Hybrid

**Salary**: £55,000 rising to £56,780 upon completion of probationary period

**Job Type**: Permanent

As a member of Drive’s Business Planning Group, the Head of Operations will lead the Operations Team to deliver exceptional high-quality services to the individuals supported by Drive. The post holder will ensure the department meets our business plan, our policies, and legislative requirements within available resources.

You should have 5 years’ experience in managing services for people with learning difficulties, autism, challenging behaviours and managing and leading staff in a variety of different settings.
