**Part Time / Full time Accounts Administrative Assistant - Job description**

Due to the continued growth of the business, we are recruiting new Part Time or full time Accounts Administrative Assistant to join our small but productive team.

Part time role is Monday to Friday 10.00am to 3.00pm

Full time role is Monday to Friday 09.45am to 5.00pm

This is a varied and challenging role, assisting in general account administrative duties.

**The role includes**
- Maintaining accurate records and logs
- Filling out supplier forms for customers or suppliers
- Assisting with debt collecting
- Raising invoices
- Raising purchase orders
- Taking payments over the phone
- Document Control from Suppliers

**You must**:

- Be vibrant and an effective team player
- Have a desire to develop and possess a strong work ethic
- Be able to use Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Have generally good computer literacy
- Be willing to adapt to new processes.
- Be a fast learner and have an ability to learn on the job
- Be able to communicate effectively and confidently to customers and provide a first class customer service where required
- Excellent phone manner
- Knowledge of Xero accounts software is desirable but not essential
