**Overview**

Opportunity for qualified or QBE Accountant to join a well-established general accountancy practice joining a dedicated team of accountancy professionals who provide a whole spectrum of accountancy services to their clients.

The role will provide you the opportunity to develop skills working for a proactive firm keen on using technology, as it is emerging, that seeks to improve the services they provide.

**Accountant / Senior Accountant - About the Role**

You will prepare year end accounts, corporation tax returns and personal tax returns for a wide and expanding range of clients, across various trades.

The role will involve managing the preparation of compliance annual financial statements and tax returns for a portfolio of clients, mainly from client records maintained using Xero and QuickBooks online and trading as a variety of legal entities.

**The successful Accountant / Senior Accountant will be**
- Qualified or QBE Practice Accountant
- Capable of preparing statutory accounts for limited companies, sole trades and partnerships, corporation and personal tax returns and monthly management accounts.
- The role requires someone who embraces technology and can adapt to the changes that invariably evolves from its implementation.
- With the ability to communicate professionally and effectively at all levels, whether spoken or written.
- It is expected that applicants are familiar and comfortable in preparing a set of accounts, possess competent IT skills and be someone looking for a key position within a small but entrepreneurial firm.
