You will be working towards gaining a recognised Level 3 Business Admin qualification through your Apprenticeship. **Location**: Sutton Coldfield, B74 2NJ **Salary**:National Minimum Wage **Business Admin Apprentice Duties**: - Reception duties between the hours of 8.30am-9.30am and 3pm-5.30, which includes answering phone calls, taking deliveries, and notifying appropriate people that a visitor has arrived to see them. - Sourcing quotations from external suppliers as requested. - Sorting and distributing post. - Printing, photocopying, scanning, and binding of documents as requested by SMT - Organise the central filing system. - Take inventory of, organise, and maintain the office storage room. - Liaise with and support other administration staff across the company - Other duties relating to the management of the office in conjunction with the Operations and Asset Managers. **Business Admin Apprentice Requirements**: - MS Office skills - Strong Excel skills - Excellent written and verbal communication - Able to manage time and work under pressure to tight deadlines - Able to manage the demands of numerous tasks - Able to work on own initiative and within a team environment - Self-motivated and able to motivate others - "Roll up sleeves" attitude getting involved directly in the workload
