**About the Role**
The Senior Recruitment Consultant will be responsible for a team of recruiters, delivering end to end recruitment services, ensuring service quality is maintained in accordance with the business requirements. The key responsibilities of this role include but are not limited to the following tasks:
- Manage the recruitment team to ensure service quality is maintained in accordance with the business requirements.
- Be the first point of contact for any recruitment related queries from both stakeholders and external agencies.
- Lead and assist with the implementation of recruitment policies and procedures and conduct regular audits on yourself and your team to ensure compliance and best practice.
- Create job descriptions and person specifications in line with company standards.
- Advertising vacancies by drafting and placing adverts.
- Request references, DBS, and occupational health checks to ensure the suitability of applicants before submitting their details to the HR Team.
- Organise and attend interviews, open days, and careers fairs.
- Achieve weekly KPI’s surrounding the number of weekly and monthly hires, and time taken to recruit for your team.
- Maintain processes and procedures relating to selection & recruitment, worker status and agencies in line with legislation.
- Set and manage the approved recruitment budget using resourcing plans that ensure finances are managed.
- Keep up to date on llegislation, inform recruiters and managers about changes in regulations, raise awareness to the equality act to ensure that discrimination does not occur during the recruitment process.

Exceptional Care is a children’s care home provider based in the Northwest of England. We work with children from ages 8 to 17 years with complex needs.

**What are we looking for?**
To be successful in this role the Recruitment Team Leader will have the following level of skills and experience:
Essential
- Ability to demonstrable experience in recruitment and/or resourcing personnel.
- Knowledge of recruitment legislation.
- Experience of working towards KPI’s in a fast-paced environment.
- Mass hiring's.
- Have the ability to prioritise work, work well under pressure, meet deadlines and manage business expectations.
- Enjoy a challenge, have excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate at all levels.
- Be computer literate with advanced skills in Microsoft excel.
- Have strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Be adaptable and flexible in your approach to work.
- Familiarity with social media and other professional networks.

**Salary**: £25,000.00-£30,000.00 per year
