We are looking for a Recruiter to help us recruit the teams who make the difference every day in our schools and childrens homes.Get out what you put inThis role will offer the opportunity to develop your skills as a recruiter and be part of the fundamental growth of the business. You will take responsibility for:Overseeing and managing recruitment campaigns from attraction and advertising through to offer and on-boardingDirectly sourcing and headhunting talent using a range of tools such as LinkedIn RecruiterBuilding and nurturing talent pipelines in line with our growth demands so that we recruit the right people at the right time for our young peopleEncouraging employee referrals recruiting like-minded people who want to make a difference to our childrenChampioning the WG candidate experience ensuring it reflects the way we look after our people as a great place to workEngaging with our Alumni talent community supporting people back into roles within our groupEnsure that recruiting managers are appropriately supported and that they attract select and appoint the right candidates whilst being compliant with relevant procedures and legislation (including Safer Recruitment) which are vital to the safeguarding of our childrenPromoting our employer brand and social media presenceWhat we do for youWe know youre going to do great things.
