Tiny Champs Nursery is looking for an outstanding Room Leader to join our amazing team in the Pre-school Room.

About us:
Tiny Champs is a beautifully created, purpose-built nursery close to Wood Street Station in Walthamstow, E17. We have a team of likeminded staff, who share a passion for leading excellent practice in early years education. The aim is that together we will raise the next generation of happy, confident ‘Tiny Champs’.

What we are looking for:

- An experienced nursery practitioner who is looking to take the next steps in their career. You will need to have a minimum of two years experience.
- You will have high expectations for the children.
- You will be an excellent team player
- You will work with integrity at all times
- You will have an excellent understanding and knowledge of EYFS framework

You will have:
Passion and commitment to the highest standard of Early Years education.

You will be qualified to a minimum Level 3 Early Years qualification.

You will build professional relationships with both staff and parents.

Day to day responsibilities:

- You will be in charge of the team in the pre-school room.
- Upholding safeguarding at the nursery and implementing policies.
- Monitoring staff and their practices.
- Supporting with managing health and safety.
- Utilizing and delivering outstanding education in every aspect of nursery life.
- Bags of drive and motivation with a ‘can do’ attitude.
- Build and maintain excellent relationships with parents
- Provide a safe and stimulating environment for children to explore and learn through their interests.
- Sound knowledge of child development from birth to 5 years old

Excellent communication skills
- A sound understanding of the EYFS Statutory requirements.

**Salary**: £29,000.00-£31,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday

Work Location: In person
