**OVERVIEW**
Are you the organised force that keeps everything (and everyone) on track? We are looking for a proactive Team Administrator to act as the backbone of our department, ensuring all operations are efficient, compliant, and seamless. In this role, you will coordinate meetings, manage schedules, track compliance deadlines, and maintain essential documentation to support our commitment to a safe and healthy workplace.
Your keen eye for detail, exceptional communication skills, and ability to juggle multiple priorities will ensure the team stays aligned, informed, and on top of health and safety requirements. From scheduling training sessions to keeping records up to date, your role is key to making sure nothing falls through the cracks.

In this role, you will coordinate team meetings, training sessions, and site inspections, ensuring everything runs smoothly. You will manage diaries, schedules, and compliance deadlines to keep the team aligned and on track. Maintaining accurate records of health and safety documentation, policies, and training logs will be a key part of your responsibilities. You will also track and report on key performance metrics, ensuring no detail is overlooked. Additionally, you will support the team with administrative tasks, such as taking minutes and preparing reports. You also have an opportunity to be a part of the first aider & fire warden pool, where necessary
