We have a fantastic opportunity for you to join our Administration Team.

MCL Logistics is experiencing an extended period of growth because of our continued business success and growth through acquisition.

We are looking for a passionate, hardworking and driven individual to join our team as an Administrator.

To be considered for the role you should be self-motivated and possess excellent office skills, have strong attention to detail with the ability to multi-task and work on your own initiative.

This will be a 3 month temporary contract with the potential to become permanent.

MUST PICK UP NEW SYSTEMS QUICKLY

Preferred, but not essential requirements:

- Experience with Job Costing software
- Experience with Microsoft Packages
- Experience using Adobe Acrobat Reader
- Experience using SAGE

**Things you will need to do as an Administrator**:
Upload delivery notes

Upload invoices & chase queries to ensure system is up to date

Respond to questions and requests for information

Other admin tasks given by the office manager

**The package**:
£10.50 per hour

Hours: 20 hours per week.

Continuous training and support
- Administrative experience: 2 years (required)

Work Location: In person

**Job Type**: Part-time

Pay: £10.50 per hour
