CPM have an exciting opportunity for a Marketing Co-ordinator to work on behalf of Asda. As an In-Store Communications Co-ordinator working in the marketing function, you will support & co-ordinate the delivery of impactful in-store communications, to critical path, on budget & fit for the Asda customer.

**This is a great opportunity to be involved in all steps of the process, from project management and initial design through to effective implementation at store. Paying up to £24,000, plus benefits.**

**_This is a fixed term maternity cover role for 12 months, with some flexibility for home working._**

**Ideal location: Leeds, United Kingdom, LS11**

You would be based in ASDA house with flexibility for hybrid working.

**What does the Instore Communications Coordinator do**:

- A key part of the role will be supporting the delivery of in-store communications which supports the strategic objectives of the business and is in line with the Asda Brand and in-store comms principles.
- There will be a strong focus on relationship building, both inside your team and with the wider business ensuring you are proactive and can work collaboratively to achieve results.
- Support and co-ordinate the in-store communications approval process with relevant stakeholders.
- Gain thorough knowledge of the retail market in your business unit/area by staying updated on Asda's and competitors' activities. This supports the creation of future in-store communications.
- Responsible for crafting artwork and print briefs for our agencies to ensure efficiency, while also managing agency relationships and processes to optimize cost-effectiveness.
- You’ll be required to work cross functionally with a variety of stakeholders across the In-House studio, Commercial & multiple agency partners

- You are highly organised; detail focussed and have proven experience contributing to multiple projects in a retail environment.
- Have excellent stakeholder management skills and ability to communicate confidently communicate simply and effectively to a wide variety of stakeholders.
- You enjoy working with cross-functional teams: you get things done through by working collaboratively and agilely.
- Excellent analytical capabilities, a high level of commercial acumen and the curiosity find new ways to solve challenges.
- You’ll be a highly motivated individual who is comfortable with fast paced every changing environment or grocery retail.
