We are on the lookout for a **Senior** **HR Advisor** to join us at our **Livingston** site supporting our Drinks Business Unit. You’ll be the on-site HR presence to provide efficient and effective support to the site team. This is a standalone role who will be the site lead in all people processes and support the delivery of the people plan in a unionised environment.

You will be working Monday to Friday, 08:00 to 16:00, based on site. We do have some flexibility on start and end times

**Pay, benefits and more**:
We’re looking to offer a salary of up to **£38,000.00** per annum, and 25 days annual leave (plus bank holidays). **What you’ll do on a typical day**:

- Build harmonious relationships with any Trade Union to ensure optimum working efficiency
- Provide full HR generalist support and advice to Managers and employees - ensuring a current knowledge of employee legislation and employee relation issues is maintained to ensure the business area remains compliant and risk is mitigated
- Take the lead on complex ER issues
- Prepare and process letters, meeting minutes and other documents as and when required

**What you need to succeed at GXO**:

- Experience of working in a fast-paced HR environment dealing with ER and recruitment activity at HR Advisor level
- Practiced in dealing with trade unions and associated collective agreements
- Excellent stakeholder management skills with the ability to build strong relationships at all levels
- Strong in systems; HRIS, Microsoft Office such as word and Excel
- A self-motivated and flexible approach with the confidence to work both in a team and with mínimal supervision
