**About the role**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Health Services Researcher to make a genuine contribution to the evaluation of initiatives and innovations in North West London (NWL). We are seeking a Research Assistant to support the evaluation of health and social care interventions in NWL and beyond, employing both qualitative and quantitative methods. Key projects include the evaluation of the Community Health and Wellbeing Workers program as well as other community-led initiatives in NWL. The Research Assistant will also assist with broader research activities focusing on quality improvement, implementation, and scaling up innovative practices, processes, and technologies. Some involvement in health economic projects such as cost-effectiveness studies is anticipated.

**What you would be doing**:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Health Services Researcher to make a genuine contribution to the evaluation of initiatives and innovations in North West London (NWL). You will collaborate closely with the Innovation and Evaluation Theme at NWL NIHR Applied Research Collaboration (ARC) and work with (and under the supervision and support of) and wider team at the NIHR ARC NWL and Department of Primary Care and Public Health, with expertise in related fields. You will join a multidisciplinary team of researchers evaluating innovative health interventions and supporting their implementation and scale-up.
