We are looking for a reliable, enthusiastic Warehouse Assistant to join a successful business on a permanent basis.
- **Monday to Friday**:

- **Office Hours 8.30 am to 5.30 pm**:

- **Immediate start **

**The main functions of this position include the following**:

- Managing the picking of customer orders.
- Overseeing packing processes, so that 100% accuracy is attained.
- Ensuring that all functions are carried out in accordance with H & S rules and regulations, and Safe Systems of Working procedures.
- Utilisation knowledge of NetSuite / Oracle in-house system preferred.
- Liaising with the relevant department managers to ensure that all their requirements are fulfilled.
- Driving and forklift duties

**Your job role**:

- To effectively deal with the receipt of goods into the warehouse making sure documentation and labelling is correct.
- To control the movement of stock through the warehouse and at all times, leave it in a neat and tidy state.
- To ensure that all staff are wearing their protective clothing.
- To observe the health and safety regulations. You will receive training for any area where you many have insufficient knowledge, such as - fork lift trucks, pump trucks, making sure the pallets are correctly stacked, so there should be no accidents caused by other personnel.
- Keep the warehouse stock stored off the floor and located in the correct racking, or correct floor area.
- General duties of all aspects of the warehouse.
