We offer training courses for a range of equipment such as Forklift & Reach Trucks, Pedestrian Pallet Trucks, Abrasive Wheels, Mobile & Crawler Cranes, Lorry Mounted Cranes, Overhead Gantry Cranes, Excavators, Loading Shovels and many more.

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
**Administrative Support**:

- Book work assignments and issue confirmation letters to clients.
- Liaise with Instructors to coordinate schedules and meet requirements.
- Monitor and maintain stock levels of office supplies and stationery.
- Marketing and follow up of enquiries to maintain maximum workload.

**Financial Oversight**:

- Check invoices against work order confirmations and course information sheets
- Liaise in providing an overview of accounts using Xero.
- Review and approve monthly timesheets.

**Human Resources Management**:

- Record employee holidays, lieu time, and workloads to ensure balance across the team.
- Handle HR matters, including record any sickness absences and return-to-work (RTW) processes

**Health & Safety Compliance**:

- Monitor and ensure compliance with Health & Safety regulations within the company.

**Operational Coordination**:

- Track employee workloads and provide support to maintain operational efficiency.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation for all office activities.

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Strong organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and accounting software (e.g., Xero).
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Familiarity with Health & Safety regulations.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.

**Preferred Experience**:

- Previous experience in office management or a similar role.
- Experience with VAT submissions and financial administration.
- Background in HR or employee relations management.

**Salary**: £25,000 - £30,000.
