**_This position will be responsible for providing first class customer service to all clients whilst working closely with third parties and the workshop._**

**You will receive - Receptionist**:

- Room for progression.
- Salary starting from £22,100.
- Full training given.

**Responsibilities - Receptionist**:

- Ordering of parts and stock management.
- Arranging vehicle pick up and hire.
- Working closely with third party insurance companies.
- Ensuring customer satisfaction scores are maintained.
- Handling inbound queries both in person and over the telephone.

**Desired Skills - Receptionist**:

- Experience within a motor trade environment (workshop / bodyshop / dealership).
- The ability to work in a fast paced environment.
- Strong communication skills and the ability to build a strong relationship with both Customers and other members of staff.
- Computer literate.
