We are expanding our Sales administration team and looking for a forward thinking individual seeking a challenge and wanting to work for an exceptional organization that is on an exponential growth journey.
**Core Function**
To ensure accurate, timely and consistent entry of customer sales orders into our systems. work closely with Sales, Customer Operations and other stakeholder functions to place orders efficiently and provide reporting to validate and inform.
**Main Duties**
- Enter sales orders obtained from customers into core operating system
- Reconcile orders entered against customer expectations and validate consistency
- Report on orders entered and all open orders in progress to provide business with a timely, accurate and updated picture
**Key Objectives**
- Accurate sales order entry
- Validate sales orders against customer expectation
- Ensure all orders are input only once _all elements_have been confirmed in line with company policy
- Provide reporting of all open orders and historic (completed) orders
- Use adaptive intelligence to mitigate issues holding up potential satisfactory order entry
**KPI’s**
- Order accuracy
- Orders entered within agreed timelines
- Reporting provision
