Based from the Ledbury office, a new opportunity has arisen for an Administrative Assistant to join the office. The role will work closely with all office staff to provide an effective administration service, alongside being responsible for front of house duties for part of the week.

The working pattern affiliated with the role will comprise of 22.5 hours per week, Wednesday - Friday, 09:00-17:00.

Key duties:

- To ensure the correct handling of incoming calls, transferring to the correct department or taking accurate messages.
- To provide secretarial and general office support;
- To be a point of contact for colleagues, clients and members of the public, either face to face or via telephone;
- To deal with ongoing administrative & archiving enquiries from colleagues & clients in-person or via telephone;
- To assist with file-opening & other administrative tasks as required by colleagues within the office;
- To provide front-of-house support to the firm’s office for part of the working week;
- To assist with the archiving of files, which will involve the physical movement of files between departments & storage

Person Specification:

- Strong IT skills, with ability to use data management systems and the full Microsoft Office Suite;
- High attention to detail, with good communication skills and client care;
- Able to work to deadlines & prioritise workload accordingly;
- Team-player with a willingness to learn from (and provide support to) others;
- Willingness to travel

**Job Type**: Part-time
