Supply Chain Administrator

**We are an established business with a reputation for excellence in the medical devices market, both for the products themselves and the high quality after sales service.**

**Working closely with our commercial partners, international dealers, resellers and clinical customers globally, we continue to develop highly reliable quality products and services in the Respiratory and DME markets.**

**General Responsibility**

Supporting our European Supply Chain with administrative duties, updating and maintaining item, purchasing and financial data records accurately, to ensure process compliance and operational efficiency. Good analytical skills and a keen eye for detail required.

If that sounds like you, we are flexible on prior experience, but it would be beneficial to be able to demonstrate a proven record of:

- Experienced Administrator in a busy supply chain environment
- 2+ years within a business-to-business Supply Chain, Customer Service or Sales environment
- Confident and professional telephone manner with excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Determined and tenacious approach with a passion for providing excellent customer care
- IT literate with an ability to adapt and process using a number of systems

**Duties will include but are not limited to**:

- Finalizing outbound shipments for invoicing
- Scanning serial numbers and delivering outbound orders on the ERP system
- Quotation provision
- Purchase order processing
- Preparation of shipping documentation
- Effectively managing any supplier / customer feedback or enquiries
- Continuously building positive supplier / customer relationships
- Provide accurate and timely reports on direct activity
- Maintenance of supplier / customer account details, pricing and contacts through internal CRM system. Support ongoing CRM development.
