**The role**

The Analytics Manager will be pivotal in owning and driving the measurement and improvement of the customer experience through the intelligence use of insights.

The purpose of this role is to define and own the data strategy that forms the foundation for a hyper-personalised customer experience, working with both online and offline data. This includes building a 360-degree view of customers and proposing new waysto further enrich profiles through predictive analytics and 3rd party integrations.

**Some of the responsibilities include**
- Collaborate with stakeholders and technical teams to define the customer engagement data vision, strategy & architecture, overseeing the roadmap and delivery of data products.
- Establish data requirements for personalisation and reporting.
- Work with both internal stakeholders and external consultants to define and extend the data architecture.
- Build the omnichannel capability with a mechanism for tracking cross-channel engagement and unifying this data within a single customer view.
- Ensure predictive analytics are applied for enhanced personalisation and that data is available for real-time decisioning across digital touchpoints.
- Introduce automating reporting and dashboarding as well as A/B testing.
- Produce campaign tracking, post-campaign performance and audience insights to both internal stakeholders and customers.
- Define and deliver audience segments and oversee conversion funnel analysis

**To apply, you should have**
- Experience as a Head of Data, Analytics Manager or similar, defining and delivering data solutions that deliver multi-channel measurement, attribution, and advanced analytics.
- Familiarity with data requirements and architecture needed to support an omnichannel experience.
- Experience with SQL / SAS, data tables and entity mapping.
- Worked in a Customer Experience / Marketing environment.
- Knowledge of Google Analytics and data visualisation tools (Tableau, Power BI, MicroStrategy or similar).
