**ASB Principal Enforcement Officer**

Location is either Byron House, Nottingham or another Nottingham City Council or Nottinghamshire Police building within the City.

**As an ASB Principal Enforcement Officer your responsibilities will include the following (please note this is not an exhaustive list of responsibilities)**
- To supervise and investigate complaints in relation to environmental crime and anti social behaviour and ensure swift and robust action against perpetrators using the full range of legislation available
- To be the Community trigger lead for NCC; chairing and organising the multi-agency process
- To be the Lead officer for creating, implementing and reviewing Public Space Protection Orders (PSPOs)
- Must undergo, pass and maintain police NPPV vetting
