Responsibilities:

- **Damage Assessment**:

- **Repair and Restoration**:

- Remove, repair, or replace damaged body parts (doors, panels, bumpers, etc.).
- Restore vehicle frames and chassis using various techniques and tools.
- **Welding and Fabrication**:

- Use welding equipment to mend or fabricate metal parts.
- Ensure that all work meets safety standards and specifications.
- **Paint Preparation and Application**:

- Prepare surfaces for painting by cleaning, sanding, and priming.
- **Quality Control**:

- Inspect completed work for quality and adherence to standards.
- Make final adjustments and touch-ups as needed.
- **Customer Service**:

- Communicate with customers regarding repair processes and updates.
- Provide detailed documentation of repairs performed.

- Knowledge of auto body repair techniques and equipment.
- Proficient in welding, painting, and panel replacement.

Qualifications:

- **Experience**:

- Previous experience in auto body repair or a related field is often required. Apprenticeships can provide valuable hands-on experience.

**Summary**

As a Car Body Repairer, you will be essential in restoring vehicles to their original condition, ensuring customer satisfaction through high-quality automotive repair. Reporting to the Shop Manager, your core skills will include welding and automotive repair techniques. You will utilize your premium skills in problem-solving and attention to detail to diagnose and fix issues effectively. Additionally, your relevant skills in customer service will enhance client interactions, ensuring a positive experience throughout the repair process. **Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: £600.00-£1,200.00 per week

Expected hours: 25 - 50 per week
