Recruitment Administrator - People & Development Team
Hours: Part-Time (21 hours per week)

**The Role**:
As a member of the People & Development team, you will:
- Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) and recruitment databases.
- Draft and post job advertisements on job boards, social media platforms, and the firm's website.
- Support employer branding initiatives and campaigns, including social media content creation.
**About You**:
We're looking for someone who:
- Has previous administrative experience (a minimum of 12 months), ideally in a recruitment or HR environment.
- Is highly organised, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities.
- Is proactive, resourceful, and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Demonstrates strong IT skills, including proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Understands the importance of confidentiality and data protection.
- Has a positive, can-do attitude and a genuine interest in recruitment and people development.
